Affiliate Program Terms

1. Overview
Thank you for your interest in the PageScout Affiliate Program! This agreement is designed to protect you, PageScout and our customers. Please read thoroughly. If you have any questions, please contact us.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the PageScout Affiliate Program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “PageScout” refers to Otisar Ventures LTD, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the PageScout Affiliate Program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.
2. Commissions
For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the upgrade to a paid plan on PageScout. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
The commissions accumulate with recurring payments made by a customer.
If a customer downgrades or cancels their subscription, it is reflected in the commission payouts respectively.
3. Payment
To give time for refunds, the commissions are payable 45 days after the payment made by a customer. The commissions are then due when the Affiliates balance reaches a minimum of USD 50.
The commissions due are paid out via PayPal on the first Monday of each month.
4. Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
5. Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the PageScout brand and marketing resources available in the Press section of PageScout website. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of PageScout. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, PageScout or their relationship with PageScout in a false or misleading way.
The Affiliate will never use advertising to promote directly their Affiliate links. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with PageScout.
The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email mentioning or referencing PageScout.
The Affiliate is not permitted to refer themselves or someone in their company or office. The Affiliate is not permitted to create an account on behalf of someone else.
6. Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from PageScout will be paid for any past or future customer transaction
If PageScout chooses to terminate the agreement, the remaining balance will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination.
In case PageScout terminates the agreement for violation of the terms and conditions, the commissions will not be paid or owed.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
